All information must be true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You must be authorized to use the credit or debit card used for payment. We, reserve the right to cancel any order, anytime, no reason needed.
Local Sales Only. Any sales out of service area will be refunded. All sales must be delivered to billing address. Person’s name on card must be present on delivery with valid ID. If person is not there or does not have identification, nothing will be delivered and you will have to pay a re-delivery fee for us to come back out. If you would like to have delivery to a different address, you must come into store to make payment.
You will be contacted within 48 hours of sale to schedule delivery. Delivery times are Monday – Saturday between the hours of 12pm and 7pm, there are no timed deliveries – No Exceptions. Delivery includes Set-up and Assembly. If you refuse set-up, you will not be refunded any money and we will not come out at a later date to set-up. You must have the area where furniture is going clear and ready for delivery. We do not haul away old mattresses or furniture. If object does not fit, you can exchange it for something else in the store. If you cannot find something you want in exchange, you must pay 15% re-stocking fee on refund.
All colors will vary slightly in person. There will be no refunds for color or material. Mattresses vary in feel and comfort, we recommend coming into the store to test feel them out. There will be no refunds for mattress comfort, We do not have a Comfort Guarantee. All Sales Final.
All furniture includes 1 year factory warranty. If there is a problem, contact us, we will repair or replace the item at no charge. This warranty does not include fabrics – stains, tears or burns. Warranties are handled as fast a possible, sometimes we must wait for a part from a manufacturer, this may delay repair. All Mattresses come with the applicable Manufacturer Warranty between 1 – 10 years. Warranty includes any breakdown of springs, foam or otherwise inside the mattress. Warranty is void if the mattress has any major stains, rips, tears, burns or bedbugs. Also, the legal tag must stay on the mattress.
